  Took my iPhone 6 Plus to the Lincoln store as it wasn't charging or switching on. I had already carried out all the usual checks, try different charger, clean the port, soft reset etc but none of these worked. I had assumed Stormfront would replace the battery or charging port but they just said that it was knackered and beyond repair! (the phone is immaculate). Their only option was to replace the phone with a new one and said a battery change would definitely not fix the problem. In addition, all the data on the phone could now not be retrieved. They almost persuaded me to part with my money for a new phone but I decided that I would try a battery change myself. I got a battery off Amazon (£11) which included the instructions and tools to do the job. A 20 min job to change the battery and hey presto the phone is working perfectly again and I have all my data & photos back.
  Stormfront were willing to con me out of my money for a new phone and were not bothered about someone losing all of their data, when all that was required was a battery change. Beware of this company, their trading practices and unethical behaviour when it comes to people's data.

  I went into Stormfront to buy a new iPhone today, although initially I was dubious about using this store after reading the google reviews. My concerns were quickly irradiated as the staff member was extremely helpful, from my initial phone call in the morning to visiting the shop and purchasing my new phone in the afternoon. He took me through the process to transfer all my data onto the new device and only showed me products I was interested in. Very polite customer service and a good Apple experience!

  Superb service at all times from a more than helpful staff. They are always more that happy to go to one of the shop computers and demo a resolution to any software problems I've had even after the warranty on my iMac had run out. If they are busy they may suggest you call back in when its quieter which is to be expected. The training staff have proved to be very patient with this aged one when attending one of their excellent value for money in house tuition courses. Help and overall service excellent and has been much appreciated.
