  Poor customer service. During recent service they didn’t carry out specific repairs they were asked to do at the time of booking in and for the expensive service didn’t even get so much of a wash and hoover!! Today took car in for diagnostic check. Wanted £108 to run the test. Other garages do this for free. Had they run the test and had problems shown up, we would of course had the repairs carried out at the garage but instead they try to extract as much money as they can from you. You need to look at the bigger picture - if you are good to your customers they will stay loyal and return. We won’t be coming back!!!!
